Dr. Jennifer Sperry, BSC, DVM, Veterinary Advisor

Dr. Jennifer Sperry has been a scientist and an animal lover from an early age.  She grew up enjoying many outdoor adventures in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.  As a child, she could often be found following around one of the many family dogs, or spending time at her aunt’s barn.  She began her veterinary career as a kennel attendant at the small animal hospital across the road from her parents’ home.

 

Dr. Sperry graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph. She worked in private practice providing small animal and emergency medicine for 11 years.  Checkups, consultations, medicine, surgery, emergencies and client counselling kept her busy and inspired throughout this time.

 

Her experience on the front-line of veterinary medicine has lead Dr. Sperry to cultivate a passion for improving companion animal welfare while promoting professional well-being and fulfillment for veterinarians.  It is this conviction that lead her to her current role with PetHealth Inc.
